Please read carefully: At "License SoftMaji", we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy. Once a purchase is made, a license key is generated, or digital files are accessed, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to these non-refundable terms.

Why we do not offer refunds

Digital Nature

Unlike physical goods, software code cannot be "returned." Once you have access to the source code, the value of the product has been fully delivered.

License Generation

A unique license key is instantly tied to your account upon purchase. This process involves permanent server-side resource allocation that cannot be reversed.

IP Protection

Our plugins are premium intellectual property. We must protect our development team's work against the "buy-and-copy" misuse of digital assets.

Customer Responsibility

To ensure total satisfaction before spending your money, we strongly urge all clients to perform the following steps:

Read Documentation: Review all technical requirements and features listed on the product page.
Pre-Sales Questions: If you are unsure if a plugin fits your specific needs, ask us first.
Verify Compatibility: Ensure your hosting environment and WordPress/PHP version match our requirements.

Exceptions (Rare)

While our policy is "No Refunds," we may consider an exception only if there is a verified technical defect in our software that our developer team is unable to fix within 14 business days of being notified. Change of mind, lack of skill, or "no longer needing the plugin" are never valid grounds for a refund.
